The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC "Borgo del Salice" by Chiarli represents excellence in the range of Italian sparkling wines. This Lambrusco, produced in the historic region of Emilia-Romagna, derives its name from the specific Grasparossa grape variety, known for its characteristic red stem and the intensity of its fruits.

With a deep ruby, almost violet color, the "Borgo del Salice" offers an aromatic bouquet full of hints of blackberries, cherries, and a slight floral note. The well-balanced effervescence introduces a soft and enveloping structure on the palate, with an elegant tangy freshness that makes the wine lively and pleasantly persistent. The aftertaste reveals a delicate tannin that gives the wine a nice drinkability and a clean finish.

Particularly suitable for pairing with typical dishes of the Emilian cuisine, such as sliced cured meats, lasagna-based dishes, and cotechino, the Lambrusco Grasparossa "Borgo del Salice" also stands out as an ideal companion for pizza and grilled meat dishes.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C to enhance its qualities and sensory experience. A wine that encapsulates the essence of its land of origin, offering a sip of tradition with every glass. The Chiarli winery, with its long history and dedication to quality, guarantees a Lambrusco that celebrates joy and conviviality, typical of the Italian spirit.
