The Perlino Riserva del Palio Torino Rosso Vermouth is a product of excellence that embodies the entire art of Italian vermouth production. Produced in the historic city of Turin, this reserve vermouth is the result of a meticulous selection of aromatic herbs and high-quality wines.
With an alcohol content of 16%, Perlino Riserva del Palio displays an intense ruby red color with golden reflections that herald its olfactory complexity. On the nose, aromatic herbs such as rosemary and marjoram are immediately distinguishable, accompanied by hints of orange peel and sweet spices, including vanilla and cardamom. The balance between sweetness and bitterness is masterfully managed, making each sip balanced and inviting.
On the palate, the richness of the base wines merges with the elaborate mosaic of botanical aromas, offering a velvety and persistent palate.
