The Cataratto Terre Siciliane PGI by Curatolo Arini is a white wine that expresses all the typicality and freshness of one of the most representative native vines of Sicily. The Curatolo Arini winery, with a history that extends for over 150 years, is among the oldest and most respected wineries on the island, known for the production of wines that combine tradition and innovation.

Cataratto is a vine that adapts perfectly to the warm and sunny climate of Sicily, giving life to white wines characterized by a pleasant acidity and fragrant aromas. Curatolo Arini, taking advantage of its experience and deep knowledge of the territory, produces a Cataratto Terre Siciliane PGI which is a tribute to the Sicilian land and its biodiversity.

This wine has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, Cataratto Terre Siciliane PGI offers a lively aromatic bouquet, with notes of white fruits, such as apple and pear, enriched by floral accents and a light minerality that reflects the rich soil of Sicily.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a balanced structure, with a well-integrated acidity that brings freshness and drinkability. The flavors of fresh fruit mix with a floral delicacy and a light citrus note, giving the wine a pleasant complexity and a clean and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with a variety of light dishes, such as fish-based starters, fresh salads and vegetarian dishes, the Cataratto Terre Siciliane PGI by Curatolo Arini is a perfect example of how Sicilian wines are able to offer elegance, freshness and a strong territorial identity.
