The Lambrusco Amabile Emilia IGT from Cantine Riunite is a sparkling wine that embodies the joy and liveliness of the Emilia-Romagna region. This wine stands out for its bright ruby red color and fine bubbles that promise a pleasantly effervescent sip.

On the nose, the Lambrusco Amabile offers a rich bouquet of ripe red fruit aromas, such as cherry and strawberry, with a delicate floral background of violet that adds an intoxicating sweetness. This amabile (sweet) variety, with its light sweetness, is balanced by a fresh acidity that ensures a balanced taste in the mouth.

Upon tasting, it is soft and full, with a structure that makes it immediately accessible even to less experienced palates. The sweetness is well integrated with a decent aromatic persistence that leaves a pleasant sensation of fresh fruit on the palate.

The Lambrusco Amabile Emilia IGT is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with dishes from the Emilian cuisine such as cured meats and fresh cheeses. It is ideally served chilled, at a temperature of about 8-10°C, to enhance all its qualities.

This wine is an excellent choice for those looking for a sparkling wine that combines the Emilian winemaking tradition with pleasant drinkability, making every occasion a celebratory moment. Cantine Riunite, with their vast experience and dedication to quality, ensure that each bottle meets the expectations of wine enthusiasts.
