Questo rosato è ottenuto da uve raccolte con cura e sottoposte ad un processo di appassimento, una tecnica tradizionale che permette di concentrare gli zuccheri e i sapori, donando al vino una struttura complessa e ben definita.

Alla vista, il Passivento Rosato si presenta con un colore rosa brillante, tendente al corallo, che già promette freschezza. Al naso, emergono note intense di frutti rossi, come fragola e lampone, accompagnate da delicati sentori floreali di rosa canina e un accenno di spezie dolci.

Al palato, questo vino si rivela morbido e avvolgente, con una piacevole acidità che bilancia perfettamente la dolcezza naturale delle uve appassite.
