The Frascati DOC "Terre di Grifi" by Fontana Candida is a splendid expression of the white wine that has made the Castelli Romani area, located in the heart of Lazio, famous. This wine, the result of the experience and passion of Fontana Candida, one of the most esteemed and historic wineries in the region, stands out for its freshness and pleasantness, best embodying the qualities that have made Frascati one of the most appreciated internationally.

Produced with a selection of mainly Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio and Trebbiano Toscano grapes, "Terre di Grifi" offers the taster a rich and intense olfactory experience, with notes of ripe white fruit, wild flowers and a light minerality that recalls the volcanic soils on which the vines are grown. These characteristics give the wine a unique typicality and expressiveness.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a brilliant straw yellow color, while its extraordinary freshness and drinkability emerge on the palate. The balance between acidity and softness is impeccable, with a light bitter note typical of Trebbiano which enriches the taste profile, making "Terre di Grifi" extremely versatile at the table.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Frascati DOC pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Its ability to combine complexity and accessibility makes it suitable for any occasion, from an informal dinner with friends to more formal moments.

Fontana Candida with "Terre di Grifi" confirms its role as ambassador of the quality and winemaking tradition of Lazio, offering a wine that is at the same time the expression of a territory rich in history and of a modern approach to winemaking, capable of making the most of the characteristics of native varieties.
