Description

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP Itinera is an excellent red wine iaged for 12 months in barrique, one glass extremely fruity that amazes with its clear and pure expression.

The color is splendid, of a ruby red with violet reflections. Fruity aromas of red fruit rise to the nose, among which currant and raspberry stand out, mixed with spicy aromas of pepper and cloves. On the palate it is medium-bodied, particularly velvety; it reconnects to the nose with fruity hints of blueberries, cherries and licorice.

A decidedly lively tannin to support the high drinkability of this excellent wine. It goes perfectly with meat dishes such as beef or lamb, grilled or roasted. Perfect to accompany game and hard cheeses.
