The Quarz Sauvignon Riserva Alto Adige DOC 2021, produced by the prestigious Terlano winery, is a white wine that captures the essence of the alpine valleys with enviable mastery. This reserve, named "Quarz" for the characteristic terroir rich in quartzite, which imparts a distinctive minerality to the wine, represents one of the highest and most refined expressions of Sauvignon Blanc.

Pale straw yellow in color with bright green reflections, it offers a complex and intensely aromatic bouquet on the nose, where notes of passion fruit, yellow peach, lychee, and herbaceous nuances intertwine, combined with delicate mineral veins. On the palate, it is vigorous and fresh, with balanced acidity that supports a medium body and a long, persistent finish that echoes citrusy and mineral flavors.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Quarz Sauvignon Riserva pairs perfectly with elaborate fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. A wine that promises to evolve magnificently over the years, representing an excellent example of high-altitude viticulture from Alto Adige.
