The Frascati Superiore DOCG "Vigneto Santa Teresa" from Fontana Candida represents the pinnacle of production from this historic winery, expressing the quintessence of the Castelli Romani terroir. This exclusive bottle comes from the single Santa Teresa vineyard, selected for its unique position and ideal conditions that allow the cultivation of exceptionally high-quality grapes. The care and attention in every stage of production reflect Fontana Candida's commitment to creating wines that are an authentic and refined expression of the territory.

Mainly composed of Malvasia del Lazio grapes, also known as Malvasia Puntinata, with a complement of Trebbiano Toscano, this wine enchants with its complexity and elegance. The careful vinification, followed by aging in barrique and further maturation in the bottle, gives the "Vigneto Santa Teresa" remarkable structure and depth, while maintaining the freshness and liveliness typical of the best Frascati Superiore.

The color is an intense golden yellow, with bright reflections that anticipate the wine's olfactory richness. On the nose, it opens with a broad and varied bouquet, where notes of ripe white-fleshed fruit, white flowers, vanilla, and touches of sweet spices emerge, all supported by a subtle mineral vein. On the palate, the wine is rich and enveloping, with a perfect balance between the acidic and aromatic components, evolving into a long and persistent finish characterized by a pleasant complexity and notes of dried fruit and honey.

The Frascati Superiore DOCG "Vigneto Santa Teresa" is a wine that can accompany a wide range of dishes, from appetizers to main courses, thanks to its extraordinary structure and complexity. It pairs beautifully with elaborate fish dishes, white meats, aged cheeses, and traditional Roman cuisine dishes.

Through the "Vigneto Santa Teresa," Fontana Candida offers a unique tasting experience that celebrates the richness and diversity of Frascati Superiore, confirming its reputation as one of the leading wineries in the Lazio wine scene.
