The Lugana di Sirmione DOC produced by Cantina Avanzi is a true gem that reflects the excellence and richness of the Lake Garda region. This white wine is primarily made from Turbiana grapes, a local clone of the better-known Trebbiano di Lugana, carefully selected from vineyards situated in the picturesque area of Sirmione.

With its clear straw-yellow hue and greenish reflections, Avanzi's Lugana stands out visually from the first glance. On the nose, it reveals a complex and enticing bouquet with notes of white peach, citrus fruits, and subtle floral hints accompanied by a slight mineral aftertaste that evokes the freshness of the lake breezes.

On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. Its freshness is well-balanced by its softness, making Avanzi's Lugana a versatile wine, suitable both as an aperitif and when paired with delicate fish dishes, herb risottos, or fresh cheeses.

Aging in stainless steel allows the wine to maintain its vibrancy and aromatic integrity, which makes it ideal for enjoying young, although it also has good aging potential.

The Lugana di Sirmione DOC by Avanzi is a refined choice for those seeking a wine that combines winemaking tradition with a strong connection to the terroir, capable of telling the story and showcasing the unique characteristics of this corner of Italy. A sophisticated companion that elevates any table with its distinctive character.
