Pinot Grigio grown with the traditional Guyot training system, on the second Oltrepò Pavese hill, in the municipalities of Montecalvo Versiggia, San Damiano al Colle and Montù Beccaria on soil deriving from the disintegration of sandstone and calcareous marl, with a high clayey component, located at 400 meters above sea level The vinification involves a soft pressing of the grapes, with immediate separation from the skins in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°-20°C for 10/12 days. We continue with the refinement of at least 4 months, always in steel and in the bottle for about 2 months before being put on the market.

It shows a straw yellow color with coppery reflections in the glass. The nose is intense and complex, characterized by immediate vinous sensations followed by fruity and floral aromas of apple, pear, banana and white fruits. A soft and elegant structured sip, with great retro-olfactory persistence.

It is recommended to combine it with fish in general and tasty cheeses.
