A surprising red wine that is born in the upper Val d'Illasi, from vines of about 12 years of age. The refinement is carried out in barriques and tonneaux for a period of about 36 months, then we proceed to a blend in truncated conical vats.
A label with a clear personality, full of a thousand nuances. A generous Amarone born from highly prized grapes, which conquers from the first sip.
It has a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose is perfectly ripe and ample, with marked aromas of cooked fruit, blackcurrant and blackberry, followed by hints of sweet spices, chocolate and coffee and a balsamic note. On the palate the taste has a lot of character, well integrated tannins and a very long finish.
Excellent with traditional Veronese dishes such as donkey stew, perfect with red meat and game main courses.
