Villa Donoratico is an authentic expression of the Bolgheri terroir, produced by the renowned Tenuta Argentiera. Located in the southernmost part of Tuscany, this winery is known for crafting wines that reflect the unique climate and soil of this region.

Villa Donoratico Bolgheri DOC stands out for its blend of typical local grapes: mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with additions of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. This combination gives the wine a robust and complex structure.

Once the bottle is opened, it reveals a deep ruby red color. On the nose, Villa Donoratico offers a rich bouquet of aromas: ripe fruit, particularly notes of blackberry and cherry, enriched by hints of sweet spices like vanilla and chocolate, thanks to aging in French oak barriques.

On the palate, the wine is powerful yet balanced, with soft tannins that perfectly complement the freshness typical of Bolgheri wines. The finish is persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of complexity and harmony.

Ideal for pairing with rich meat dishes like Florentine steak or roasted lamb, Villa Donoratico is also an excellent companion for aged cheeses. Its elegance and versatility make it suitable for both special occasions and an informal evening.

It is advisable to decant the wine for a few minutes before serving to enhance all its qualities. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C to fully appreciate its aromatic and gustatory richness.
