L'Alta Langa DOCG Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico di Cuvage, presentato nella raffinata cassa di legno Mathusalem, è un autentico gioiello enologico capace di esaltare ogni tavola. Questo spumante di alta gamma, frutto di un'attenta vinificazione secondo il metodo classico, esprime al meglio le caratteristiche uniche del terroir piemontese. Al calice si presenta con una spuma fine e persistente, un colore giallo paglierino brillante e riflessi dorati.

Il bouquet olfattivo è elegante e complesso, con note di fiori bianchi, agrumi, e sentori di crosta di pane, derivanti dalla lunga permanenza sui lieviti. Al palato è fresco e vivace, con una bollicina finissima che avvolge piacevolmente la bocca. La struttura è robusta grazie all'invecchiamento sulle fecce, ma l'acidità ben bilanciata ne garantisce la longeva freschezza.

Ideale come aperitivo, ma altrettanto eccellente in abbinamento a crudi di pesce, ostriche, crostacei e formaggi freschi. La Mathusalem, formato da 6 litri, è la scelta perfetta per celebrare occasioni speciali o per fare un regalo di grande classe. La cassa di legno impreziosisce ulteriormente questa perla enologica, facendo di ogni apertura un rituale di scoperta e piacere.

Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
Awards and recognitions
It has received international recognition for several labels: gold and silver medals at international competitions for wines such as Asti DOCG "Acquesi" and other Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The Alta Langa di Cuvage has also been acknowledged in international competitions.
