The Franciacorta Extra Brut Millesimato of Romantica is born in the heart of Franciacorta, one of the most renowned sparkling wine regions in Italy, famous for its gentle hills and ideal climate that favors the growth of the vineyards. This Franciacorta is typically made from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, carefully harvested to ensure freshness and finesse. The long aging on the lees, which characterizes the traditional method, gives the wine a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by a timeless aromatic complexity.

On the nose, elegant notes of citrus, green apple, and slight hints of toasted bread emerge, while on the palate it stands out for the balance between lively acidity and softness, with a mineral touch that highlights the territorial origin of the wine.
