The Barbaresco DOCG Bernadot 2021 Magnum from the Ceretto winery stands out for its elegance and complexity, qualities that make it a benchmark for lovers of this prestigious Piedmont wine. Originating from the locality of Treiso, one of the most esteemed areas for the production of Barbaresco, this wine is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, a symbol of the region.

The 2021 harvest was particularly favorable, resulting in a wine with excellent structure and remarkable balance. In the glass, the Barbaresco Bernadot displays an intense ruby red color, with reflections that tend toward garnet as it ages. On the nose, it opens with seductive aromas of ripe red fruit, floral notes of violet, and hints of spices and wet earth, typical of the terroir of this region.

On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with a well-integrated tannic structure that promises excellent aging potential. The acidity is well balanced and leads to a long and persistent finish. This Barbaresco is ideal for pairing with flavorful dishes such as roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It is advisable to decant it for a few hours before serving to enhance all its qualities.
