Il Viognier di Yarden è un vino bianco che esprime perfettamente le potenzialità di questa varietà nel clima della Galilea, in Israele. Al naso, si apre con intense note di frutti esotici come litchi e mango, insieme a delicati sentori floreali di fiori d'arancio e biancospino. In bocca, il vino si presenta ricco e rotondo, con una struttura cremosa che è ben bilanciata da una vivace acidità. Il finale è lungo e persistente, con retrogusti di fresca pesca bianca e agrumi. Perfetto per accompagnare piatti a base di pesce, crostacei e formaggi a pasta molle, ma anche ottimo come aperitivo. Consigliato servirlo a una temperatura di circa 10-12°C per apprezzarne appieno la complessità aromatiche e le caratteristiche gustative.
