Currently, I do not have access to real-time information or external databases to verify specific details on wines such as Chateauneuf du Pape - Facèlie Bio - M. Chapoutier. However, I can provide a general description based on knowledge of the wines made by M. Chapoutier, particularly those in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region that follow organic practices.

M. Chapoutier is a renowned producer who places particular emphasis on quality and expression of terroir, adopting organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyard. Chapoutier's philosophy is based on the utmost respect for the land, with the aim of producing wines that faithfully reflect the unique characteristics of the place where the grapes are grown.

A wine like the Chateauneuf du Pape - Facèlie Bio would represent Chapoutier's commitment to organic farming, ensuring that the grapes used are grown without the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. In terms of grape varieties, Châteauneuf-du-Pape allows the use of multiple varieties, but Grenache tends to be the star, often joined by Syrah, Mourvèdre and other local varieties.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines are known for their richness and complexity, with flavor profiles that can include ripe red fruit, spices, herbs and mineral notes, depending on the specific parcels of land and winemaking techniques. Aging in various types of containers, including different sized wood and neutral materials, further contributes to the complexity of the wine, offering additional layers of flavor and texture.

The Chateauneuf du Pape - Facèlie Bio would be ideal to accompany rich and flavourful dishes, such as red meats, game, stews and mature cheeses, offering wine lovers a memorable tasting experience that celebrates the quality and purity of the fruit, together with the profound connection with the terroir.
