The Franciacorta Brut Millesimato by Cuvette - Villa enchants connoisseurs with its elegant complexity and exquisite finesse. Produced in the prestigious Franciacorta area, this sparkling wine represents the excellence of the Italian classical method, where fermentation occurs directly in the bottle.

This Brut Millesimato is the result of a selected variety of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, carefully cultivated in the vineyards owned by the Villa. The manual harvesting and meticulous selection of the grapes guarantee a superior quality product. After the first fermentation, the wine matures on the yeast for at least 30 months, developing aromatic complexity and a velvety structure.

Visually, the Franciacorta Brut Millesimato presents a bright straw-yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent mousse, a symbol of quality and production technique. The nose offers fresh and fruity notes, with a slight hint of bread crust, a result of the long maturation in the bottle.

On the palate, the attack is lively yet harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and savoriness, which divinely matches with a subtle creaminess. Flavors of green apple, peach, and light citrine hues caress the palate, leaving a long and pleasantly fresh aftertaste.

This Franciacorta is ideal for accompanying special moments, perfect as an aperitif or for toasting celebrations. It pairs magnificently with light starters, seafood, or baked fish. A wine that never ceases to amaze, ideal for those seeking elegance and refinement in every sip.
