The Villa Bokè winery, known for its prestigious production in the heart of Lombardy, presents us with an excellence from its selection: the Franciacorta Rosè Brut Millesimato DOCG.

"To the eye, it presents a bright pink color with a fine and persistent perlage, characteristics that anticipate the complexity and elegance of its bouquet. On the nose, the Franciacorta Rosè Brut Millesimato unfolds a seductive aromatic range with notes of small red fruits, particularly strawberry and raspberry, along with slight hints of bread crust and floral nuances reminiscent of rose."

In the mouth, its freshness is balanced by a pleasant creaminess that makes the tasting experience pleasantly harmonious. The acidity is well balanced and leads to a long and clean finish, rich in fruity hints and a slight spicy note.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Franciacorta Rosè Brut Millesimato from Villa Bokè pairs beautifully with fish dishes, sushi, and can be a refined accompaniment for white meats and vegetarian dishes. It is sure to surprise rosé wine enthusiasts looking for a bottle that offers a high-quality and substantial drinking experience.
