The Pianta Etna Bianco from Biondi winery is a remarkably expressive wine that reflects the uniqueness of its territory of origin, the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. This wine is primarily made from Carricante grapes, with a small addition of other native varieties, grown on volcanic soils that impart a distinct minerality and surprising freshness.

Visually, Pianta Etna Bianco presents a delicate straw-yellow color, enriched by greenish hues that hint at its vivacity. The nose reveals a delicate yet complex bouquet, where notes of white flowers, green apple, and a slight flinty scent typical of volcanic soils emerge.

On the palate, freshness takes the lead, supported by good acidity that ensures a long-lasting taste experience. You'll discover flavors of citrus, white peach, and nuances of aromatic herbs, all blending into an elegant and refined balance. The minerality is well-integrated, leading to a clean and invigorating finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Pianta Etna Bianco from Biondi pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent choice to accompany a light dinner of risottos or grilled vegetables.

The limited production and attention to detail from Biondi winery make this wine a precious choice for lovers of Sicilian whites, offering a tasting experience that is both intense and balanced.
