The name "Pagadebit" derives from an ancient local belief that this grape variety allowed farmers to "pay their debts" due to its reliable productivity even in difficult years. Tenuta Santa Lucia carefully oversees every stage of the production process, from manual harvesting to winemaking, respecting tradition but with a keen eye on innovation.
Visually, the Pagadebit boasts a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, a sign of freshness and youth.
