The distillation takes place in a traditional water bath copper pot still, a method that preserves the delicate fragrances and aromas of the pomace. After distillation, the Sarpa Oro matures in small oak barrels, giving this spirit an amber color and enriching its aromatic profile with woody and spicy nuances.
On the nose, the Sarpa Oro Baby releases a complex bouquet, intertwining notes of vanilla, dried fruit, and a light touch of cocoa and spices.
