"Baci sulla Bocca" IGT is an exceptional and prestigious wine produced by the Il Palagio estate, owned by the renowned musician Sting. This Limited Edition pays homage to the passion and dedicated commitment to cultivating the vineyards in harmony with Tuscany's natural environment.

With a meticulously selected varietal composition, Baci sulla Bocca expresses the elegance of the Tuscan terroir. The grapes, carefully handpicked, undergo a sophisticated winemaking process that includes controlled fermentation followed by maturation in French oak barrels, adding complexity and depth to the wine's aromatic profile.

Upon tasting, it presents a rich and persuasive bouquet where notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a slight hint of vanilla emerge, thanks to the wood aging. On the palate, the wine is robust yet harmonious, with finely woven tannins leading to a persistent and refined finish.

It should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18°C and pairs ideally with structured dishes such as grilled red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is recommended to decant the wine an hour before serving to allow the complex bouquet to fully open.

Each bottle is individually numbered, making each a unique piece for collectors and wine enthusiasts. The bottles' presentation is meticulous and elegant, making it an ideal gift for special occasions.

"Baci sulla Bocca" IGT is not just a wine; it is a true sensory experience that represents the fusion between the art of winemaking and the passion for music and nature.
