The Toscana Rosso IGT "Camartina" from Querciabella is a showcase of refinement and complexity, which reflects the essence of the Tuscan terroir with a modern touch and respect for the environment. This wine is primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, cultivated according to strict organic and biodynamic agricultural principles on the hills surrounding the town of Greve in Chianti.

Querciabella's philosophy is geared towards total sustainability and harmony with nature, which is evident in every stage of production. Camartina is a wine not produced every year, but only when the quality of the grapes reaches impeccable standards, making each edition a genuine testament to the character of the vintage.

On the nose, the wine displays a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a hint of vanilla, due to aging in French oak barriques. On the palate, Camartina has a robust yet balanced structure, with silky tannins and lively acidity that gives freshness and longevity to the wine. Notes of black fruit, dark chocolate, and a hint of aromatic herbs blend into a long and lasting finish.

Ideal for pairing with rich dishes such as roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses, Querciabella's Camartina is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately or left to age in the cellar, where it will develop further complexity over the years. A true gem of Tuscan winemaking that embodies passion, dedication, and respect for the environment.
