Chablis Les Beauroys - Domaine Laroche represents excellence in the production of white wines from the Chablis region, in Burgundy. Coming from one of the prestigious Premier Cru vineyards, Les Beauroys is known for its ability to produce wines of great finesse and complexity. Domaine Laroche, one of Chablis' most respected wineries, puts its long experience and quality-oriented philosophy into practice to create a Chablis Les Beauroys that faithfully reflects the unique characteristics of its terroir.

This wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, grown in accordance with the principles of sustainable viticulture, which Domaine Laroche has embraced to preserve the integrity and health of the terroir. The particular exposure and composition of the soil of the Les Beauroys vineyard, rich in limestone and marl, give the wine a marked minerality and a distinctive freshness, together with an extraordinary aging capacity.

In color, Chablis Les Beauroys shows a bright straw yellow hue. On the nose, it offers a complex and seductive bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruits, wild flowers, mineral touches and a subtle vein of sweet spices, testifying to the elegance and depth that a Chablis Premier Cru can express. Careful vinification and aging in optimal conditions allow the purity of the varietal notes to be preserved and the typical minerality of the wine to be enhanced.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a balanced structure, with a lively and fresh attack, which evolves into a rich and layered palate, where minerality and fruitiness intertwine harmoniously, leading towards a long and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant complexity aromatic.

Chablis Les Beauroys - Domaine Laroche is ideal as an accompaniment to refined fish dishes, seafood, delicate white meats and goat's cheeses. Its elegance and structure also make it perfect as a meditation wine.
