The Champagne Grand Rosé Brut from Beaumont des Crayeres is an excellent example of elegance and refinement. With its three years of maturation, this champagne develops a remarkable aromatic complexity. On the nose, it offers a seductive bouquet of fresh strawberries, cherries, and a slight note of bread crust, a result of its traditional champenoise production method.

The color is a delicate and bright pink, with fine and persistent bubbles that dance in the glass, promising a lively palate. On the palate, the Grand Rosé Brut shows a perfect balance between the freshness of citrus and the subtle sweetness of red fruits, with a creaminess that envelops the palate and a persistence that leaves a lasting impression.

This Champagne is ideal for accompanying light dishes like smoked salmon or seafood-based appetizers, but it can also be an excellent companion for festive occasions or a refined aperitif. A true jewel from Beaumont des Crayeres that celebrates the art of champagne with every sip.

Winery history
Beaumont des Crayères was founded by a group of winemakers from the Mardeuil community who, starting in the 1950s, joined forces to highlight their territory and its distinctive characteristics. The brand was created to market the cuvées produced collectively, and the operation functions as a cooperative winery that brings together pressing, winemaking and bottling under a single label.
Production philosophy
La Maison focuses on enhancing the terroir and on technical quality: thoughtful viticultural practices, selection of the "heart of the cuvée" at the time of pressing, and separate vinifications by grape variety to preserve the wines' typicity. Blending is carefully managed to create a recognizable, enduring style for each cuvée.
Terroir and vineyards
The headquarters and cellar are located in Mardeuil, in the heart of the Marne Valley. The vineyard is planted on the area's typical chalky soils; the Maison's production favors Pinot Meunier, the valley's traditional grape variety.
Awards and recognitions
The Maison's cuvées are regularly recognized in international competitions and featured in guides and specialist publications.
