The Critone Val di Neto Calabria IGT - Magnum from the Librandi winery is a white wine that perfectly embodies the elegance and character of Southern Italy, specifically Calabria. This wine is primarily made from Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc, offering a rich and complex flavor profile.

In the glass, Critone presents a bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose opens with intense aromas of tropical fruits and citrus, balanced by slightly floral notes and a pleasant hint of fresh grass. These aromas harmoniously blend with suggestions of vanilla and almond, due to the brief aging in wooden barrels that the wine undergoes.

On the palate, Critone is lively and fresh, with a good acidity that enhances its ripe fruit flavors and provides a balanced structure. The finish is persistent and aromatic, with a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of citrus and white-fleshed fruits.

Served at a temperature of 10-12°C, Critone Val di Neto is ideal for pairing with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, and fresh cheeses. It is also excellent as an aperitif.

The Magnum bottle, with its 1.5-liter capacity, is perfect for sharing on special occasions, ensuring that each sip remains fresh and inviting due to greater thermal inertia compared to standard bottles.

In summary, Critone Val di Neto IGT - Magnum by Librandi is a wine that offers a truly sensory experience, reflecting the authenticity and passion of Calabrian viticulture.
