We are talking about a sparkling wine produced with a delicate assembly of carefully selected white berried grapes, rigorously sparkling with the Charmat Method.
An excellent Brut that best expresses the typical freshness and acidity of the typology, which stands out for its good value for money.
In the glass it shows off a beautiful pale straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose first comes with floral aromas followed by fruity nuances and a slight aroma of yeast. The taste is decidedly harmonious and intriguing, with the right balance between fresh acidity and a dry body.
Perfect as an aperitif, "Sior Berto" is a sparkling wine that can also be enjoyed with more or less elaborate fish and vegetable appetizers, as well as seafood-based first courses and baked fish.
