Sior Carlo is a prosecco produced with the best Glera grapes carefully selected in the vineyard, a choice that allows to isolate only the grapes with the best organoleptic profile. A strictly Brut bubble, dry and pleasantly fresh.
Bright straw yellow in colour, it seduces the nose with its fruity and floral scent, where tropical fruit and peach stand out. It offers the palate a dry and fresh, light and fruity taste, perfect in combination with seafood first and second courses, as well as being the perfect goblet to serve as an aperitif on all special occasions.
