Refined vintage sparkling wine of noble quality, very fine perlage in a splendid combination of bouquet and flavours. An excellent Superior DOCG in Veneto style. Excellent balance of acidity and fragrance, well structured with a dry finish.
Pale straw yellow in color with typical greenish reflections, with an aroma of citrus, almond and acacia flowers.
With its liveliness and finesse linked to sapidity and balanced structure, it is suitable for light first and second courses, excellent with savory cheeses. Important wine, for an important good aperitif.
