The Franciacorta DOCG Brut Nature Millesimato "Nature" by Monogram Franciacorta is one of the purest and most fascinating expressions of Franciacorta, where the search for excellence and the authenticity of the terroir find their maximum expression. This vintage sparkling wine, produced without adding dosage at the time of disgorgement, reflects an oenological approach aimed at enhancing the natural expression of the grape variety and the territory, in a guise of absolute naturalness and transparency.

Made with a selection of grapes from a single vintage, Monogram Franciacorta's "Nature" is mainly the result of Chardonnay, enriched by a small percentage of Pinot Noir, which gives complexity and structure to the blend. The color is a bright straw yellow, with golden reflections, and the perlage is fine and persistent, a sign of prolonged maturation on the yeasts which gives the wine depth and aromatic richness.

On the nose, it opens with an intense and complex bouquet, where notes of citrus, white pulp fruit and flowers dominate, enriched by mineral nuances and a touch of toasted bread and dried fruit, which testify to the long stay on the yeasts. In the mouth, Franciacorta Brut Nature Millesimato reveals great elegance and freshness, with a vibrant acidity that balances the aromatic richness and gives the wine extraordinary drinkability and persistence.

The absence of dosage enhances the purity and integrity of the fruit, offering a direct and sincere tasting experience, which faithfully reflects the character of the vintage and the specificity of the Franciacorta terroir. This makes Monogram Franciacorta's "Nature" an ideal companion for light appetizers, dishes based on raw or lightly cooked fish, and fresh cheeses, but also an excellent choice for a classy aperitif.

Monogram Franciacorta, with its Brut Nature Millesimato, celebrates the most authentic expression of Franciacorta, offering a wine that is at the same time testimony to a unique territory and a winemaking approach that respects nature and quality.
