A wine of marked quality. A bouquet emerges with notes of ripe fruit, which evoke red plums, black cherries and blackcurrants, accompanied by subtle hints of liquorice and bergamot. The structure of the wine is characterized by balanced tannins, smooth and proportionate to the vintage. Its finesse, well-calibrated acid component and long persistence on the palate underline the remarkable aging capabilities of this excellent bottle.

This wine goes beautifully with dishes based on game, beef and pork prepared in the oven, on the grill, boiled or pan-fried. It is also an ideal companion for mature cheeses. However, its versatility allows it to also be appreciated on its own, as a meditation wine.
