The Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence Blanc from Château Revelette represents a sublime example of the elegance and freshness that white wines from the Provence region can offer. This wine is characterized by a rich and complex aromatic bouquet, with prominent notes of white flowers, citrus, and delicate hints of aromatic herbs typical of the Aix-en-Provence terroir.

On the palate, the wine is well balanced, with a pleasant acidity that perfectly complements its medium structure. Flavors of lemon, peach, and mineral hints blend into a persistent and refreshing finish.

Produced with a careful selection of grapes, primarily Grenache Blanc and Ugni Blanc, the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence Blanc from Château Revelette is vinified with methods that respect the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir. It is recommended to serve it chilled, at about 8-10°C, ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, seafood, or light Mediterranean cuisine.

This wine not only offers a delicious taste but carries with it the tradition and craftsmanship of Provençal winemaking, making it an excellent choice for the most refined palates.
