With a pale and brilliant pink color, the Méditerranée Rosé Thirsus offers a nose rich in aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, with a slight floral note of rose. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with a perfect balance between acidity and fruity flavors, concluding in a clean and lingering finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé is also a great companion for light dishes like salads, fish-based dishes, or Asian cuisine. Its versatility makes it suitable for various occasions, from informal dinners to more refined events. A true pleasure to savor in good company.

Discover the story and wines of Domaine de La Bégude.

Winery in the Bandol area (Provence), noted for AOP Bandol wines and for its transition to biodynamic viticulture.
Region: Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (Bandol)
Country: Francia
Grapes: Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Clairette, Grenache noir, Rolle, Ugni blanc
Main production under AOP Bandol. Approximately a 50-hectare vineyard within a larger estate. Predominance of Mourvèdre in the blend. Official transition to biodynamic practices under the Demeter label. Management focused on minimal cellar interventions and tailored winemaking.
Winery history
An estate with historical roots in the region, Domaine de La Bégude was managed by the Tari family until 2022; in September 2022 the property was acquired by the Roulleau family. The Domaine's official dossier also describes earlier phases of restructuring and a long agricultural tradition linked to viticulture and olive growing in the Bandol / Sainte-Baume area.
Production philosophy
Agricultural approach focused on minimal interference: agronomic practices that respect biodiversity, hand harvesting, parcel-by-parcel selection and minimal-intervention winemaking. The Domaine has obtained organic certifications and has begun conversion to biodynamics/Demeter certification to best express the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Bandol appellation in southern France, the estate farms terraced parcels and benefits from pronounced diurnal temperature variations and Mediterranean winds. The vineyard sits within a large protected landscape near the Sainte-Baume massif and Natura 2000 areas.
