The RossoBastardo by Cesarini Sartori is an intriguing red wine with a bold personality, typical of the Umbria region. Presented in an impressive 3-liter Jeroboam format, it is ideal for special occasions and celebrations. Produced under the IGT Umbria Rosso designation, this wine is the result of a skillful selection of local grapes that reflect the essence of the territory.

Visually, the RossoBastardo boasts a deep, rich, and inviting red color. On the nose, it offers a complex and rich bouquet, with dominant notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched by spicy undertones and light hints of vanilla and leather, a result of well-balanced maturation in wood.

On the palate, it is powerful and structured, characteristics that are perfectly balanced with the softness of the tannins and the freshness typical of Umbrian wines. The attack is vigorous, well-supported by a lively acidity that leads to a persistent and harmonious finish.

This wine is recommended to accompany robust dishes such as roasted red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is also perfect as a meditation wine, capable of evolving splendidly in the glass, revealing new nuances and depth.

Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C to bring out all its qualities. Its richness and complexity are guaranteed by a meticulous winemaking process and the long-standing viticultural expertise of the Cesarini Sartori house, showcasing the excellence and uniqueness of the Umbrian terroir.
