Baron De Ladoucette's 375ml Pouilly-Fumé is a concentrated and elegant expression of Sauvignon Blanc, coming from the renowned vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire, in the Loire Valley, France. This winery, known for its dedication to quality and authentic expression of terroir, produces a Pouilly-Fumé that is a benchmark for this appellation, celebrating the distinctive minerality and freshness that characterize the region's best wines.

The term "Fumé" refers to the smoky flavor ("fumé" in French) that is typical of these wines, a characteristic that derives both from the peculiar qualities of the Pouilly terroir, rich in siliceous and calcareous stones, and from the careful winemaking practices that aim to preserve and enhance the unique nuances of Sauvignon Blanc.

In a practical 375ml format, this Pouilly-Fumé offers a perfect possibility to enjoy the complexity and liveliness of a great white wine even on occasions where you want to limit consumption or for small group tastings.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that announce its freshness and liveliness. On the nose, it explodes with an intense and aromatic bouquet, where notes of citrus fruits and white pulp fruits, such as green apple and pear, dominate, together with vegetal and floral nuances, typical of Sauvignon Blanc. The characteristic minerality of Pouilly-Fumé is revealed through elegant hints of flint and undergrowth, enriching the olfactory experience with complexity and depth.

In the mouth, the wine confirms the promise of the nose, offering vibrant acidity and freshness that perfectly balance the aromatic richness. The flavors of citrus and fresh fruit intertwine with mineral notes and a light smoky touch, leading to a long and persistent finish that invites another sip.

This Baron De Ladoucette Pouilly-Fumé is ideal as an aperitif or paired with fresh fish, seafood, goat dishes and light salads, where its acidity and freshness can shine, elevating the culinary experience.

In conclusion, Baron De Ladoucette's 375ml Pouilly-Fumé represents an excellent choice for those looking for a high quality wine in a convenient format, perfect for special occasions or an intimate evening, offering a taste of the winemaking mastery of the Loire Valley.
