Bolla's Extra Dry Rosé Spumante, produced following the Charmat Method, is a rosé sparkling wine that combines the elegance and freshness typical of Bolla sparkling wines with a touch of liveliness and pleasantness given by its rosé nature. This sparkling wine is the result of skilful winemaking that aims to capture the delicate aromas and flavors of the grapes, maintaining a balanced sweetness that characterizes the Extra Dry style.

The Charmat Method, which involves a second fermentation in closed autoclaves to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grapes and guarantee a fine and persistent perlage, is particularly suitable for enhancing the fresh and fruity qualities of this rosé sparkling wine, making it an excellent choice for aperitifs and celebrations.

Visually, it presents itself with an elegant pale pink color, with brilliant reflections that underline its liveliness. The perlage is fine and continuous, a sign of the quality of the production and the care taken in the winemaking. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and aromatic, with notes of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, enriched by floral nuances and a light citrus touch, which give the wine a seductive olfactory complexity.

In the mouth, the wine offers a perfect balance between moderate sweetness and refreshing acidity, with fine bubbles caressing the palate, leaving a pleasantly sparkling and refreshing sensation. The finish is clean and persistent, with an aftertaste that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, Bolla's Spumante Extra Dry Rosé pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as desserts that are not too sweet. Its versatility also makes it suitable to be enjoyed on its own, as a refreshing party drink or in moments of relaxation.

With its Extra Dry Rosé Spumante "Charmat Method", Bolla confirms its commitment to creating sparkling wines that are an expression of tradition and innovation, offering a product that combines the freshness and elegance of rosé with the pleasantness of style Extra Dry.
