We offer the "Starlight Spumante Extra Dry," an explosion of freshness and elegance produced from the Quattro Valli, an area renowned for its winemaking tradition and the impeccable quality of its grapes. This sparkling wine stands out for its liveliness and balance, the result of a careful selection of the best local grapes.

In appearance, the Starlight has a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of high-quality extra dry sparklings. The bubbles are fine and persistent, creating a delicate perlage that caresses the palate and enhances the tasting experience.

On the nose, this sparkling wine is a harmonious meeting of floral and fruity aromas. Scents of green apple, pear, and a light hint of citrus blend with notes of freesia and hawthorn, leading to a complex yet extremely inviting bouquet.

On the palate, the Starlight Spumante Extra Dry offers a surprising freshness, maintaining an excellent balance between acidity and sugars. Its creamy texture is balanced by a savoriness that invites the next sip. The finish is long and clean, with a persistent aftertaste of white-fleshed fruit that leaves space for delicate floral hints.

Perfect as an aperitif, this sparkling wine also pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, seafood crudités, and delicate appetizers. Its versatility makes it ideal for accompanying an entire meal or for celebrating special occasions with a touch of class.

The "Starlight Spumante Extra Dry - Quattro Valli" is an excellent choice for those seeking a sparkling wine that combines quality, elegance, and the pleasure of drinking. An effervescent experience that awakens the senses and enhances every moment of sharing.
