The Fiano di Avellino DOCG "Montelapio" from the Villa Matilde Avallone estate represents an excellent expression of the Fiano vine, expertly cultivated in the renowned region of Campania. The Villa Matilde Avallone winery, with its long winemaking tradition, is committed to enhancing the unique characteristics of the Avellino terroir.

This wine has a bright straw yellow color, with golden reflections that testify to its maturity. On the nose, it offers an aromatic and complex bouquet, with intense aromas of yellow pulp fruit, such as peach and apricot, accompanied by floral notes of white flowers and subtle accents of Mediterranean aromatic herbs.

In the mouth, Fiano di Avellino DOCG "Montelapio" reveals a pleasant freshness and good structure, with a soft and enveloping sip, characterized by a lively acidity and a pleasant flavor. The finish is long and persistent, with aromatic returns that invite another sip.

This wine pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine, such as seafood appetizers, fish-based first courses, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses. Thanks to its complexity and versatility, it is also perfect to enjoy alone, as an aperitif or in moments of relaxation and conviviality.
