Cimarron Blanco Tequila is a pure agave spirit, produced in the renowned region of Jalisco, Mexico, known as the cradle of tequila production. This distinct expression is crafted by the Enriquez family, who have been practicing distillation for generations, highlighting the heritage and Mexican artisanal tradition in every sip.
This tequila is made using only 100% mature blue agave, harvested in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of the region. After harvesting, the piñas (the heart of the agave) are slowly cooked in traditional ovens, then milled and distilled under careful supervision to ensure the highest quality of the final liquid.
Cimarron Blanco Tequila stands out for its clear transparency and its fresh, clean aromatic profile. On the nose, it offers vibrant notes of raw and fresh agave, with light citrus accents and a herbal touch. On the palate, it is smooth and round, with a subtle sweetness of agave that is perfectly balanced with a mild peppery spiciness, finishing with a clean and refreshing finish.
Ideal to be enjoyed neat, in a traditional caballito, or as an impeccable base for sophisticated cocktails, such as a margarita or a tequila sunrise, where its pure character and defined aromas can truly shine.
