The Sauvignon DOC from Kossler winery is an example of refinement and mastery in the production of aromatic white wines. This Sauvignon comes from the historic region of Trentino-Alto Adige, known for its ideal climate that favors the development of distinctive aromas and the freshness of the wines.

Characterized by a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections, this wine immediately strikes the eye for its brightness and clarity. On the nose, the Kossler Sauvignon DOC expresses an intense and complex bouquet. Notes of tropical fruit, such as passion fruit and guava, blend with nuances of aromatic herbs and a slight hint of green pepper, typical of this variety.

On the palate, the wine reveals a lively acidity that perfectly balances its medium-light structure. This freshness makes it particularly suitable as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as fresh salads, fish-based dishes, or seafood. Its aftertaste is lingering, with a nice aromatic finish that revitalizes the palate.

Produced with meticulous attention to winemaking that includes controlled temperature fermentation to preserve all the natural aromas of the grapes, the Kossler Sauvignon DOC is a specimen that reflects the excellence and authenticity of the territory.

This wine not only satisfies the most discerning palates but also represents an excellent choice for those looking for a fresh and aromatic white to serve on special occasions or to elevate an everyday meal with a touch of class.
