Prodotto nell'acclamata zona di Bouzy, questo champagne nasce dalle varietà di uve Pinot Noir e Chardonnay, accuratamente selezionate dalle vigne aziendali. Alla vista, si presenta con un perlage fine e persistente, di colore dorato e luminoso.

Al naso, emerge subito una complessità olfattiva notevole, con aromi di frutta matura come la pera e la mela, accompagnati da delicate note di agrumi e fiori bianchi. Il bouquet si arricchisce ulteriormente con sfumature di brioche e mandorla tostata, derivanti dall'invecchiamento sui lieviti.

In bocca, lo Champagne Réserve Brut - Magnum mostra una struttura elegante e ben equilibrata. La freschezza e la vivacità di questo champagne sono perfettamente bilanciate da una piacevole morbidezza e cremosità. Le bollicine fini accarezzano il palato, mentre i sapori fruttati e floreali si mescolano armoniosamente con leggeri sentori di miele e vaniglia.

Winery history
A family-run estate passed down through generations: the Vesselle family continues a long winemaking tradition in Bouzy, currently managed by Delphine and David Vesselle. The house places particular emphasis on the area's historic vineyards and a flagship cuvée called "Le Petit Clos".
Production philosophy
Production focused on the quality of the terroir and environmental stewardship: in-house winemaking, pursuit of sustainable practices and attention to the typicity of the grapes to achieve distinct expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are spread across Bouzy, Loches-sur-Ource and, since the 2014 acquisition, also plots in Chouilly. The terroir is characterized by limestone soils and a strong suitability for Pinot Noir in the Bouzy parcels.
