The Mezcal Espadin Olla De Barro Sentir is born in the heart of the state of Oaxaca, one of the most authentic and traditional regions of Mexico, famous for its artisanal mezcals. Made exclusively with Espadín agave, this spirit best expresses the territory thanks to the cooking of the agave in traditional stone ovens, which impart a very evident and appreciated smoky and earthy character. The aging in terracotta amphorae, the so-called "olla de barro," allows for a slow and natural maturation, giving the liquid a unique smoothness and a deep aromatic and gustatory complexity.

On the nose, intense scents of smoke, wet earth, wild herbs, and a delicate touch of dried fruit emerge. On the palate, it is warm, enveloping, with a persistent aftertaste that recalls mineral and spicy notes, typical of mezcal tradition. Perfect to enjoy neat, it pairs excellently with spicy Mexican dishes or grilled meats, enhancing bold and authentic flavors.
