The Bianco Falerio DOC from Velenosi winery is a white wine that embodies the essence of the native grapes of the Marche region. Produced from a skillful blend of Trebbiano, Passerina, and Pecorino, this wine is a testament to Velenosi's ability to create wines that faithfully reflect the terroir of their origin.

The wine presents itself with a light straw-yellow color, luminous and inviting. On the nose, the Bianco Falerio DOC reveals a complex aromatic bouquet, where notes of white-fleshed fruits like peach and pear intertwine with hints of white flowers and a slight touch of sweet spices, a result of careful and respectful vinification of the raw materials.

In the mouth, balance is the key word. The acidity is well-balanced, providing freshness and liveliness on the palate, while the structure is delicate but persistent, with an aftertaste that recalls the olfactory sensations and invites another sip. It is a wine that expresses elegance and finesse, while maintaining a pleasant simplicity for drinking.

This Bianco Falerio DOC is perfect for accompanying fish dishes, seafood, and light appetizers. Its versatility also makes it suitable as an aperitif, capable of stimulating the palate and preparing it for the pleasures of the meal.

With the Bianco Falerio DOC, Velenosi confirms its commitment to producing quality wines, skillfully interpreting the local varieties and offering an authentically Marche taste experience.
