The Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC "Su'Orma" from the Su'entu winery is a refined example that captures all the aromatic qualities typical of this grape variety, grown on the sunny island of Sardinia. The wine is produced following rigorous quality standards, ensuring the authenticity and purity of the varietal.

In appearance, "Su'Orma" presents a brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections that highlight its freshness. The nose is immediately captivated by intense aromatic notes of white fruits such as apple and pear, enriched by vibrant nuances of white flowers and a light herbaceous touch typical of the Mediterranean maquis.

On the palate, this Vermentino surprises with its perfect balance between acidity and structure. Freshness is the standout feature, with a clearly distinct minerality that adds depth and complexity to each sip. Notes of citrus and a slight salinity lead to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

"Su'Orma" is a versatile wine for pairings, perfect for serving with light appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood. It is ideal for enhancing a simple seafood salad but also complements more structured Mediterranean cuisine dishes.

This label is a sublime example of how the Su'entu winery has managed to encapsulate the essence of the Sardinian territory in a bottle, making each sip an aromatic journey to the heart of the island. A must for lovers of fresh and aromatic white wines.
