The Offida DOCG Passerina from Villa Angela by Velenosi winery is a jewel of the Marche region's viticulture, capable of delivering a refined and complex sensory experience. This label embodies Velenosi's production philosophy, which focuses on the purest and most authentic expression of the local terroir.

Passerina, an indigenous grape variety from Marche, is cultivated with extreme care on hillside terrains that benefit from an ideal microclimate, characterized by serene sun exposure and beneficial ventilation that ensures optimal grape maturation.

Visually, the wine presents an elegant straw-yellow color, with reflections that tend towards bright gold as it matures. On the nose, it is a triumph of freshness: citrus scents, particularly citron and lime, intertwine with notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and apple. Floral nuances and a slight vegetal touch enrich the bouquet, making it even more intriguing.

On the palate, the Offida DOCG Passerina from Villa Angela showcases extraordinary freshness, well-balanced with a full-bodied structure. Its lively acidity is well-integrated with a light mineral hint, extending the pleasant aftertaste. This wine has excellent aging potential, which enhances its complexity.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs splendidly with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses. Its versatility also makes it suitable for accompanying delicately flavored vegetarian dishes.

Each sip of the Offida DOCG Passerina from Villa Angela invites you to discover the richness and authenticity of a unique land, making it a must for lovers of quality Italian white wine.
