The lands of the Conte d'Attimis Maniago company are located in an area extremely suited to excellent viticulture and excellently exposed to the south; the soil is composed of marl and sandstone and a prevalence of clayey components.

The vinification is carried out in white, in the absence of the skins, with soft pressing at low temperatures and an inert cover to prevent oxidation. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature (17 °C) to facilitate the development and conservation of the most characteristic varietal aromas. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with repeated agitation of the fine lees to avoid clarification, permanence "sur lies" until bottling, with rest in the sixteenth-century underground cellar.

It shows itself to the eye of a pale straw yellow color. The nose offers a rich aroma, defined by fruity notes of wild blackberry, raspberry and plum, and hints reminiscent of licorice, spices and smoke. The taste is full with the right and characteristic acidity, which gives a pleasant freshness that highlights the fruity aroma of green apple.

Perfect as an aperitif and with hors d'oeuvres, excellent with delicate soups, fish-based dishes and white meats.
