Bastianich's Venezia Giulia IGT "Plus" in Magnum format represents an excellent selection of the Friulian grape, interpreted in its maximum expression by one of the most innovative and respected wineries in Friuli Venezia Giulia. This wine is the result of careful selection of the best grapes, coming from vineyards that enjoy an ideal position and meticulous care, to produce a white of notable complexity and depth.

The choice of the Magnum format not only gives the "Plus" further value from an aesthetic and conservation point of view, but is also a symbol of sharing and celebration, ideal for special occasions. The Magnum in fact allows a better evolution of the wine over time, offering the opportunity to appreciate its evolution and maturation in a more complex way.

In winemaking, Bastianich pays great attention to preserving the varietal characteristics of Friulano, with controlled temperature fermentation and refinement on fine lees which enrich the wine with nuances and consistency. The objective is to enhance the freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity of Friulano, making "Plus" an example of oenological excellence.

Visually, the "Plus" in Magnum format stands out for its bright and inviting straw yellow color. On the nose, it opens with an intense and complex bouquet, where the fruity notes of green apple and citrus fruits blend with floral and mineral accents, typical of the Friulian grape, enriched by a light note of almond in the finish, which adds elegance and typicality to the olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine offers extraordinary richness and excellent structure, balanced by a lively acidity that supports its freshness and drinkability. The flavors are consistent with the nose, with a pleasant aromatic persistence that leads to a long and clean finish, where the mineral notes and the delicacy of the fruity and floral nuances intertwine in a perfect balance.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters, fish and seafood dishes, risottos and fresh cheeses, Venezia Giulia IGT "Plus" in Magnum format by Bastianich is a very classy choice for lovers of white wines from high quality, who wish to explore the richness and expressiveness of the Friulian grape in one of its most refined and memorable interpretations.
