Let yourself be seduced by the refinement and elegance of Champagne De Jours Et De Muids Nature, masterfully produced by the renowned house of Paul Gosset. This champagne is distinguished by its respectful and careful approach to winemaking, a hallmark of the Paul Gosset signature.

The cuvée is created from a blend of wines obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the prestigious vineyards of the Champagne region. In particular, the production process follows the "Nature" philosophy, which excludes the addition of extra sugars after the second fermentation in the bottle, thus offering a pure and crystalline expression of the terroir and the varieties used.

Champagne De Jours Et De Muids Nature presents with a bright golden color and a fine, persistent perlage, which heralds the quality and complexity of this sparkling wine. On the nose, it unfolds intense and lively aromas of ripe citrus, green apple, white peach, accompanied by hints of fresh yeast and a light toast reminiscent of freshly baked bread.

On the palate, the freshness is balanced by a notable structure and a rich creamy texture. The liveliness of the citrus blends with softer, fruitier notes, culminating in a long, clean finish, with a light minerality that beckons the next sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, Champagne De Jours Et De Muids Nature pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, sushi, and light appetizers. It is also an excellent companion for celebrating special moments, thanks to its ability to elevate the tasting experience and create an atmosphere of festivity and elegance.

We invite you to discover this authentic and high-quality expression of champagne, confident that it will captivate the most demanding enthusiasts and connoisseurs of prestigious bubbles.
